The location was nice, just off restaurants as well as the airport. They gave a king room with a microwave and fridge, for example as we booked.

This is a brand-new clean hotel providing brand-new and big size rooms. Amicable people are working there. I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with fridge, a microwave was not a problem. There is a microwave oven, coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator. The location is in an exceptionally nice and perfect spot close to everything. Thank you for an EXCELLENT stay.

Most of the staff were really good. They were friendly and helpful, especially Karen during breakfast duty. She made an effort to pack us snack bags for our kids, which we appreciated. The room was spacious and clean, providing the comfort we needed for our five-night stay. I also found the hot tea and coffee available all day to be a lovely touch, made our mornings easier.

The quiet pool area was perfect for yoga, and my son loved having his own cozy room. Very clean facilities, and I really appreciated the hot tea and coffee available all day.

Delicious breakfast and friendly staff.

Had issues with unexpected charges during check-in, confusing and frustrating given that I arrived within the designated check-in window. Breakfast experience was disappointing-waffle irons down, cold oatmeal, and little effort made to replenish items, giving off a vibe of neglect. Lighting in the room felt overly intense, particularly for someone sensitive to bright lights.

The central location made it easy to navigate the area. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with quality bed linens and a large TV. Breakfast service could be inconsistent, and during busy periods, some staff members were less accommodating, frustrating, especially with young children. Karen, however, provided excellent service and even packed us snacks for our trip. The absence of a wider food menu options was noticeable as I was excited about trying the smoked fish.

I had a great stay with clean rooms and an amazing hot breakfast! The comfy beds were a highlight, but the pool was smaller than expected. I'd consider coming back!
